We Are Not Our History … or a big ugly rock

·

A big thing that I have learned because of the blessing the epiphany of Divine Wisdom is that we are not our history. I had a wonderful conversation with one of my dearest friends recently about how I and most people have adopted our history as our identity. Our history is amazing. It is formative for us to be exactly in the right place, right now for amazing things to happen and for us to make amazing choices that will affect our lives. Our history is just data really. That is all it is … data. It happened and it is in the past. If we are doing this life correctly, then we are going to be present. Only when we are present can we enjoy our time. The only thing that is actually real is this moment right now. The past happened and is over and formative. The future is a story we are making up. Yes, it is important to dream, however we must use our dreams to ask for the things we want based on the contrast of what is right this moment. Once we ask for what we want from the Creator of everything, we MUST come back to this moment right now.

When you continue to ask and ask and ask, you are essentially saying that you don’t believe that you are going to have what you have already asked for. Imagine and 10 year old doing this. Mama, mama, mama … can I have this pretty jacket. Mama, mama, mama … can I have this pretty jacket. Five minutes later, Mama, mama, mama … can I have this pretty jacket. Mama, mama, mama … can I have this pretty jacket. The next day, Mama, mama, mama … can I have this pretty jacket. Mama, mama, mama … can I have this jacket. In two weeks, Mama, mama, mama … can I have this jacket. Mama, mama, mama … can I have this jacket. You get it. We obviously get caught up in what is right now and not believing that she heard you and that she loves you enough for you to have that warm coat. Mama may be waiting for the right moment like a birthday or when it gets cold enough or for the first day of school or maybe she bought it already and its just not the right time yet.

When talking to my amazing friend David, I mentioned that there was a time that I constantly stated that my purpose here on Earth is to overcome abandonment, rejection and neglect. Yes, this is what I was born into and it truly was a purpose for my existence so I can grow and achieve a purpose for my being here, but every time that I claim this I am announcing that it is who I am. I am abandoned. I am rejected. I am neglected. Because I acknowledged that, I have overcomed this. I am no longer that. I am Love. I am my Divine True Self. The Spirit of Creation is my soul and in me. I am a part of the Creator of the Universe. I am Perfection. I am True Love. I can remember this and realign to it when I may feel this way again. That is just habit to feel that way again. Are you gonna tell God that this Spirit is faulty? That the Perfection of all things is less than perfect?

This very moment we are brand new. This very moment we are “born again”. This is what Jesus was trying to say, yet we like to change the words we hear to fit our desires for power or control. We can be brand new this moment when we align to our Divine True Self. We don’t have to ask over and over again for something. We can trust the Universe that it is coming. It is already done. I won’t even get into the concept of time being nonlinear. Time is circular and all things are happening at the same time. Time isn’t anything but an earthly concept we decide is true. This is crazy to you probably, but there was a time that when someone said … no the Earth is not flat, it is a globe, a ball and round. Everyone laughed and thought they were insane. If time is nonlinear, then everything we ask for is happening or already happened. You already have what you asked for. It is done. Our process is to ask for what we want when we see a contrast, know that it is happening and know that we are soooo worthy of that good and wonderful thing that will make us feel good.

I am not rejected or abandoned or neglected. I am accepted, and loved and so much attention is paid to me that it should be almost uncomfortable the way our mindset usually is. I am Love. I am Loved. I have to realign to my True Original Self to know the actual Truth. I am amazing. I am a spark from the roaring flame of the Perfect Creator. This makes me incredible. My situation may seem like it is lack luster, but it is the perfect environment for a seed to grow and blow up into a ridiculous redwood tree. My past conditioned my soil for this seed to grow. As I have said, the terrible situations of the past is the shit or fertilizer that enriched my soil. The contrast of what is and was is vital to make this moment perfect for you to flourish. Every time we claim our history or even what we see around us that isn’t perceived as perfect, then we live in it. We do not grow. When we know who we really are, then we are ready to blossom. When we know who that person in front of us really is, whether they know it or not, then we can treat them with Love. We are soooo not our history! We are Divine True Love. We have the power to create. We can create our future with knowing who we are this moment and by being present. We can ask for wonderful things that we desire. We can know those things we ask for are about to be given in due time. This only happens when we are in the Moment and by knowing who we and others truly are.

We are Love. We are Perfect. We are not sinners and we don’t have to wallow in our shittiness. We can make mistakes and use them to grow without guilt and shame or branding with judgement. We are in the perfect soil for blossoming. We are so far from our history. That past experience is NOT our identity. When we adopt the Truth of our being, and it takes the daily practice of realignment, we can Know that all we desire is about to happen. Don’t be surprised when what you ask for happens. Know that it is coming. Know that our wonderful Creator wants us to be like Christ. Know that we are Christ-like and we are sculptors chipping away the marble to see Michelangelo’s David. Most people just see a big ugly rock. That sculpture was a rock, but mostly that rock was an amazing sculpture that most only saw as a big rock.
