There is nothing noble in choosing someone else’s happiness over your happiness. Essentially, it is a fear based response. Choosing above ourselves is not a natural choice that we make as humans, it is a conditioned choice. We have come into this Perfect World with a spark of the fire of our Creator as our Perfect Self. We are here to love ourselves so that we can love others. Loving ourselves is just a representation of how we are in tune with our original vibration of our True Creator. Our Soul is God and inside us and if we do not love ourselves, then we are not loving God. Choosing to make someone else happy in spite of your happiness or even living for someone else’s approval are signs of inferiority and low self-esteem. It is a personal viewpoint of your unworthiness of Love. Choosing to ignore your needs to perceivably make someone else happy, even though you don’t know how or what can make anyone else happy because they are in their own unique experience, is cowardly and puts you on the road to continued unhappiness. It’s interesting how much fear governs our self-love choices. If I do this, I’m going to shake some shit up. Do you have that power? Oh, it is so complicated when I have to control my life, every situation and others as well. It is a form of not trusting God who actually has everything in control and with full equilibrium. The people you are saving by not loving yourself will never respond with enough gratitude because they don’t expect you to do this usually. You may have impending bitterness because they won’t know all the sacrifice you have made for them. Possibly, you are with a narcissist and this is expected and you have been trained that this is your mission in life. Probably they can’t even make themselves happy, so how can you give them the happiness you perceive they should have. It is out of your control. Maybe it’s a form of a savior complex. Maybe you’re there to control in a backhanded way. It’s possibly a form of false atonement where you are trying to rectify a “sin” or the perceived guilt in your life that you accepted from a religion or another person that created your unworthy attitude. Again, the vibration of Love can only be applied to yourself. We should not try to consciously make other people happy.
When we love ourselves perfectly, it automatically radiates from our being. We automatically pick up trash while we’re walking to make our beautiful world even more beautiful. We automatically offer help and care to those around us because we’re perfectly loving ourselves and we recognize the perfection of our Creator in others as well. We remember that no one is above or below each other. We are all equal when we love ourselves. It may seem like we are humble when we flippantly degrade ourselves with our words or actions, but really it is the opposite. We show how we think we are above the other with that behavior. We show we do not trust our God.
We all have our personal struggles in this world. We all have come here for our own purposes regardless of what that is. There is not one purpose that is better or worse. We chose these roles before we ever took this body and life and we knew what we were going to be working on. Possibly some are getting closer to the Christ-like example of the statue of David by chipping off all that excess rock to show the perfection of what is truly inside, however coming here to be a rock in the shoe of others may be a purpose too for you and their growth. Even another’s narcissistic existence and purpose can heap blessings on you and you in turn are heaping blessings on them by growing.
We all have a variety of reasons we’re here and many purposes for this existence. I cannot claim that I’m here to overcome some of the negativity that has happened to me. When I do so, I am claiming that as my identity. I am here to be brand new right now which is being born again and to allow the past experiences to create this moment. In every situation, I can be in my choice and I am here to learn Self-Love. Right now is the only time that matters. Right now is your time of choice. Right now you can make any choice that you would like for yourself regardless of what others may think. It’s scary and it’s bold to be able to choose for yourself and not worry about anyone else or how you think you will make them happy or any other reason beyond pleasing yourself this moment. Immediately, that statement will raise the hair on some heads as that goes against our cultures control mechanism and is probably the definition of selfishness in our world. We are the Spirit of our Creator here in human form. We are here to learn how to live in our Perfect vibration of Love. We are here to learn how to please ourselves, how to become more Christ-like and allow that Self-Love to radiate and affect others.
Contrary to what we usually think, we don’t control very much. Basically, we can sometimes control ourselves. That’s where boundaries and discipline can happen, but we cannot control outcomes. Our thoughts create action and we can allow and trust from there for a good outcome. Know that we cannot control another person’s happiness via our choices.
I am here to accept other people’s choices and allow those choices to fall upon me. I am to know that this present moment is perfect and allows me to be in perfect choice. I can celebrate the perfection. I am allowed to grieve or mourn as well, but essentially it’s my job to understand how perfect it is when everyone is in their own choice for their own good. It’s for me to learn how to raise my vibration beyond a selfish perception of what I’ve lost or how I am affected if that occurs. I am to know that every situation is perfect and has the soil to grow a seed into a giant redwood. If someone leaves your life lets say, there is an availability for another now to fill that hole. My job is to remember and know the perfection of right now and all things. I hope today that you can recognize that your choices for you are all that matter. You cannot save people. They must choose that for themselves, just as you can only choose to save yourself. If they are in a hole, you don’t have to go down there with them and you cannot carry them out of it either. Neither is noble and in fact is self-destructive. I hope today that you can recognize how to love yourself and how Self-Love is our first love and the only love that we can focus on. When we love ourselves, all other things are loved. This is my message to me.
It’s inconceivable that you can love others if you don’t love yourself, as much as it’s inconceivable that you can love yourself and not love others.
